Just completed:

Steam Locomotive I brooch

It is made of pewter, brass & nickel silver.  It measures almost 2 inches long and about 1 1/2 inch high.  It has 4 moving parts: all three wheels turn and the drive wheel linkage moves as the drive wheels turn.

I am now working on a frame for it (complete with a rail for the wheels to rest on).

After the frame is complete, I will add it to my website/etsy store - it will take a few days.

I am happy to report that I have been selected as a vendor at TeslaCon 5 this November.

In its 4 year history, TeslaCon has won the title of Best Overall Steampunk Con twice, best performances twice and Best Tea Room, along with many other awards, it is now the most award winning Steampunk convention in the world according to Steampunk Chronicles Awards - 2012, 2013, 2014.  Each year TeslaCon has a theme.  This year is is Jules Verne's book, Journey the the Center of The Earth.   I will be bringing some work specific to that theme.

Princess Nancy & I will be traveling to Madison, Wisconsin for the event.  It will be our first time vending my designs in the midwest and we look forward to introducing them to a new audience!

I think that it is one of my best.  The smaller of the two smoke stacks is the one that you saw me make and fit to the airship in my vblogs earlier this month.
